We're talking 150 m² or more, 2–3 floors, multiple bathrooms, a large open-plan kitchen and living area, a terrace, and grounds. A deep clean of a cottage takes 6–12 hours and requires a team of 2–3 cleaners. CleanTime estimates the scope based on floor area and number of rooms.
2What's included in a house clean
Every room on every floor: mopping, dusting, bathroom and kitchen cleaning. Add-ons: window washing (including panoramic windows), stairs, entrance area. On request: terrace, garage, BBQ grill. Upholstery and carpet dry cleaning — quoted separately.
3Cottage cleaning prices
Deep clean for a house of 150–200 m² — from 350,000 UZS. 200–300 m² — from 500,000 UZS. Regular maintenance cleaning — from 80,000 UZS per visit. The exact price depends on condition and additional services. We confirm everything before arriving — no surprises on the day.
4Regular maintenance for a private home
If you live in a cottage full-time, we recommend maintenance cleaning twice a week and a deep clean once a month. For a dacha you visit on weekends — a deep clean before you arrive and after you leave. Subscription discounts available for regular clients.
